
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor with a specialty certificate in Mat Pilates. After having some health issues, I learned more about exercise and nutrition and began implementing changes in my lifestyle. I lost weight, improved my health and felt so much better both physically and mentally that I wanted to share with others so they could feel better too! I know that making these types of changes can be overwhelming. I want to help people make sense of all the information out there, and implement the right exercise and nutrition plan for them, so they can become healthier and happier.
What to expect when you train with me: I customize the workout to each individual; your body, fitness level, as well as your exercise likes and dislikes. I will be your biggest cheerleader, compassionate and encouraging, but also push you past your comfort zone to get you to your goals.
Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, I provide training services in clients' workplaces or clients' homes.
