I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor with a specialty certificate in Mat Pilates. I have always had an interest in nutrition and exercise. However after gaining some weight, I learned much more about that interest, exercised more consistently and made changes to my eating habits. After losing 25 pounds, I became certified as a trainer and group exercise instructor to share this knowledge with others. I am passionate about sharing my love of fitness to help others live a healthier and happier life.
