Here are a few interesting things I found online this week.

The one thing your trainer wishes you would do (me included).

Great article about making HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts most effective. Spoiler:  The key is how hard you are working.

Here are some things to do to be healthier that you can spend just 20 minutes on and get results.  Another spoiler:  HIIT is also mentioned here!

This post has some great inexpensive, and not too time consuming, ways to make a difference.  Doing things to help others has been shown to reduce blood pressure, help you sleep better and just overall make you (and others) feel good!
